Pages. Roughly which pages you need, and anything special (forms, booking, menus).
Assets. What you already have: logo, text, photos, a current website link.
When. Your target date, and any hard deadline behind it.
Budget. A budget range. It helps us suggest the right scope.
Likes. Two or three websites you like, and what you like about them.
